Rockford Fosgate RZR14-DK Polaris RZR Upper/Lower Dash Kit

The Rockford Fosgate RZR14-DK is a vehicle-specific upper/lower dash mounting kit for adding a compatible Rockford Fosgate PMX marine source unit to select Polaris RZR models. It replaces the applicable factory dash storage-pocket location with a purpose-built receiver mounting solution. The kit is intended for RZR owners building or upgrading an off-road audio system without using a universal radio-mounting approach.

This is an installation accessory rather than an audio source unit, amplifier, or speaker, so it does not add power or change sound on its own. Its role is to provide a secure, integrated location for a compatible PMX receiver or display head. Once paired with the appropriate source unit and audio components, it supports a clean, organized foundation for a RZR entertainment system.

The RZR14-DK supports Rockford Fosgate PMX-1, PMX-2, and PMX-3 digital marine source units in select 2014-and-newer Polaris RZR applications. It also supports the PMX-8DH display head on select 2019-and-newer RZR models. The PMX-8DH is a display head and requires the separately purchased PMX-8BB hideaway black box.

For 2014 through 2018 RZR models, compatible PMX-1, PMX-2, and PMX-3 receivers mount in the lower dash pocket. On select 2019-and-newer RZR models, compatible PMX-1, PMX-2, PMX-3, and PMX-8 components can be installed in either upper or lower pocket locations. This placement flexibility helps accommodate the layout of later RZR dashboards and the needs of a larger system build.

The dash pieces are custom molded and textured to complement the factory interior appearance. Receiver and dash-kit mounting hardware are supplied, along with a PMX source-unit harness for direct connection to applicable Polaris RZR vehicles. It is a practical upgrade path for users who want to start with a PMX receiver and later add compatible amplifiers, speakers, subwoofers, or camera-related accessories.

The RZR14-DK uses custom-molded, textured dash panels designed to replace the relevant factory storage-pocket area. Its construction is intended to provide an integrated appearance rather than the exposed look of a universal bracket. The kit includes upper and lower dash components, PMX mounting inserts, mounting screws, and a lower metal mounting bracket.

Confirm vehicle and model-year fitment before installation, as this kit is for select Polaris RZR models. For 2014-2018 applications, use the supplied lower-pocket arrangement with a compatible PMX-1, PMX-2, or PMX-3 receiver; select 2019-and-newer applications can use upper or lower positions. A PMX receiver or PMX-8DH display head is required and sold separately; PMX-8DH installations also require a separate PMX-8BB black box, whose mounting hardware is not included.
