How your orders ship
Orders ship from our California warehouse on business days. Your rep confirms the shipping method and cost with your quote before anything is finalized, no surprises on the invoice.
Parcel and freight
Smaller orders ship parcel carriers; larger and palletized orders ship LTL freight. If you have a preferred carrier or your own account, tell your rep and we'll work with it.
Tracking
You'll receive tracking (or the freight PRO number) as soon as your order leaves the warehouse.
Receiving freight
Inspect pallets before signing. Note any damage on the delivery receipt and photograph it, it makes carrier claims fast and painless. Report shortages or damage to your rep right away.
