Our Commitment

NSI Audio Inc ("NSI Distributor") is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We are continually improving the user experience for everyone and applying the relevant accessibility standards.

Conformance Status

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. Our storefront is regularly evaluated with automated accessibility testing tools and manual checks, including keyboard-only navigation, screen-reader compatibility, zoom and reflow, and color-contrast review. Known issues are remediated as they are found.

Measures We Take

• Automated WCAG 2.1 AA scans of key page types (home, collections, products, search, cart, and account pages)
• Keyboard-accessible navigation, including a skip-to-content link, visible focus indicators, and dismissible menus
• Text alternatives for meaningful images and accessible names for all links and controls
• Support for browser zoom up to 200% and small-screen reflow without loss of content
